Public engagement isn't about collecting opinions. It's about behaviour.
People disengage from difficult topics because they're overwhelming, abstract or feel irrelevant. That's a behavioural problem, and it has behavioural answers.
Lower the barriers
One question at a time, in plain language, in the time a person actually has. Success is that people who would normally opt out stay in long enough to form a view.
Ask, then listen
A conversation can follow up where a form cannot. When someone raises a concern, the next question can be about that concern.
Make sense of the noise
Our platform reads across the whole body of responses to surface recurring themes, real tensions and how people feel — not just what they selected.
Leave a defensible trail
Legitimacy depends on showing the route from "we asked" to "we decided". Every engagement produces that record.
Technology in service of a better conversation.
We built our own conversational engine because nothing available did this well. It asks, considers what it hears and follows up — then analyses thousands of those exchanges at once, reading sentiment as well as content.
We're now extending it from understanding what people think today toward anticipating where opinion is heading. That's a direction of travel, and we'll talk about it honestly as it matures.
